Is atandt fiber in my neighborhood - My neighborhood was built in the 1970s with underground power, ATT phone lines, and Comcast cable lines... everything is underground. Every neighborhood nearby in any direction from mine has above ground utilities and got ATT fiber ~4 years ago. I have never heard any news about our neighborhood eventually getting fiber.
