I have had both at my house and Xfinity had random outages frequently and inconsistent speeds. Few buildings in Miami are even on fiber. Oh they sell you whatever claim you’ll buy. But you’re not getting better than 100mb average unless you buy true fiber T1 or T3 or Ethernet direct ($1k+ a month).Also, AT&T doesn't have random maintenance service outages either like Xfinity. In the 3 years that I've had AT&T internet it has literally not gone out once, and my price has never gone up either. And I pay a lot less now.
